Peekaboo is one of the oldest games there is, and babies around the world love it. The hiding, the little pause, then the surprise. Here are ways to play it together, and Glowbug’s own soft version.
Ways to play peekaboo
- Hands over your face, then “peekaboo!”
- Hide behind a door or curtain and pop out
- Drape a light scarf over a toy and lift it away
- Let your baby pull the scarf off your head
- Mirror peekaboo: cover the mirror, then reveal them
Peekaboo Pals
Peekaboo Pals is a free Glowbug world for babies and young toddlers. Soft friends hide behind clouds and pop out with a giggle when a cloud is touched. Now and then they peek out in a little parade, or give a sleepy yawn.
Every touch works, wherever it lands, and there is nothing to get wrong.
